Important dates

Friday, 16th of October 2015 : Preliminary registration starts by email, with official invitation

Friday, 27th of November 2015 : Deadline of preliminary registration. Names of team leaders, number of students and number of presentations must be announced.

Tuesday, 2nd of December 2015 : Registration of the teams starts on our website (press login)

Monday, 1st of February 2016 : Registration of all teams is completed. Countries that need visa to enter Romania are strongly recommended to register their teams as soon as possible.

Tuesday, 1st of March 2016: Last day to send abstracts (via email) and pay the participation fee (see home page)
