Important dates
- Friday, 16th of October 2015: Preliminary registration starts by email, with official invitation
- Friday, 27th of November 2015: Deadline of preliminary registration. Names of team leaders, number of students and number of presentations must be announced.
- Tuesday, 2nd of December 2015: Registration of the teams starts on our website (press login)
- Monday, 1st of February 2016: Registration of all teams is completed. Countries that need visa to enter Romania are strongly recommended to register their teams as soon as possible.
- Tuesday, 1st of March 2016:Last day of sending the abstracts (via email) and pay the participation fee (see home page)
